Meet Kayla Hill, the 2023 Georgia state winner of the Dinah Culbreath Wayne Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education (EAGLE) award! Kayla overcame many obstacles in her life and is on her way to a rewarding career. Lanier Tech's Adult Education program in Barrow County helped her with the first steps.
